The two day program of the Forum includes conferences, round tables, workshops and tastings in two exceptional historic residences in Milan (Palazzo Giureconsulti and Palazzo Bovara) and in TuttoFood FieraMilano.

During the Forum, Heinz Beck, the 3 star Michelin of La Pergola Restaurant in Rome will present the special limited edition of Italian Cooking for the Global Village, a cookbook with the recipes of the 192 chefs who participated to the ten editions of the Italian Cuisine and Wines Summit (Hong Kong, Bejing, Shanghai, Dubai).
